• Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability and reliability (New purchase, Repair, Performance, OS installation, Software Install)
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, Internet, Local networking, Antivirus)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, QoS)
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Should be able to do Hardware Management & Record (PC, Hard disk, Pen drive, Camera, Punching machine, Router, Switch, Power backup)
• Extra Company Asset management
